No, the basin on a Rear Shampoo is fixed. The adjustment is made in the recline and slide of the seat.
DOES THIS MAKE THE UNIT COMFORTABLE?
Extremely. The Rear Shampoo has a unique lower back and lumbar support that no other manufacturer produces which provides exceptional comfort regardless of the height or size of the customer.
WHAT IS THE NECK REST MADE OF?
It's a gel filled pouch which moulds itself to the individual customer's neck.
DO YOU NEED TO USE THE FOOTREST WITH THE UNIT?
No, but it does make the shampoo more comfortable.
DOES IT HAVE THERMOSTATIC WATER TEMPERATURE CONTROL?
Yes, the unit self-regulates the water temperature for a consistent hair washing experience.
