Dress Up In Style with Takara Belmont

Inspired by catwalk fashion and the demand for combining traditional materials with animal prints, Takara Belmont reveals a spectacular Winter/Spring collection of contemporary salon furniture. Whether its tartan prints or black and white Dalmatian markings, Takara Belmont has the style and fashion 'savoir' to benefit any salon.

Though currently not available in the UK, Takara Belmont will be exhibiting the prototype Rollerball 2. Building on the success of the original Rollerball accelerator, Takara Belmont has introduced new technologies to the product to make it even more desirable. The new, smaller, more compact Rollerball 2 features a laser pointer, which enables the operator to place the equipment accurately in position. It has a new programmable 'swing' function to target individual areas of the head. It is also pre-programmable so salons can set it to suit their individual products and needs. Plus it rotates in both directions, which means it processes even more evenly than before.

The Bridge (From £775 + VAT) will join Takara Belmont's "Designer" range of quality styling chairs. Part of the Company's structural D-Series, the Bridge combines a simple, clean look with comfort and strength. Dress Up In Style with Takara Belmont /…2 A sturdy metallic framework is softened by subtle arcuation, which enhances its modish contemporary feel. Upholstered with soft fine fabric, sprung ribs give sumptuous individual ergonomic support to the customer.

Available in a wide range of colour shades including peach, pink, black and white, The Bridge comes on hydraulic and motorized bases in both styling and reclining versions.

The favourite of the styling chairs, Takara Belmont's Adria (from £465 + VAT) has become the styling chair by which all others are measured. The shape of the chair ensures the customer sits comfortably without slouching, and it is wide and sturdy enough to suit both male and female clients. With a hydraulic base and a sleek line, stylists find the chair incredibly easy to work around regardless to the height or size of the customer.

One of the key points that has endeared this chair to many leading salons over the years is that the chair is made up of replaceable/repairable component parts, so if an arm or a seat gets damaged, you needn't buy a whole new chair. In addition to this, it comes supplied with a plastic backrest cover that helps to keep the chair looking pristine.

What would a High Street Barbers Shop be without the classic barber chair. Apollo 2 (rrp £1,245 + VAT) is built of strong and durable materials including a black, high quality wood framed sprung seat, smooth chrome sides and footrest plus a handy tissue dispenser in the headrest. It even has an ashtray in the armrest. The chair is hydraulic and reclines fully for the perfect lounging position. There is also the option of a manicure bowl that fits onto the armrest. Designs range from tradition black vinyl to tartan and leopard skin print for an additional cost.

And, what would Salon be without the most highly sought after salon equipment? Takara Belmont will be exhibiting two of its most technologically advanced Aqua Vibro hair washing machines (rrp £13,000 + vat) which Salon visitors will be able to experience first hand.

All this plus The Oasis Room, The Salon Design Bureau, new colours, new finishes and much much more...
