The Takara Belmont philosophy was extended
to the UK in 1959 with the establishment of
the flagship offices in East London. This
is now the largest TAKARA BELMONT showroom
in Europe and has enabled the company to expand
sales in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland
and Scandinavia.
The Takara Belmont Corporation received
accreditation to ISO9001 in March 1997, this
recognises the company's commitment to design,
technology and innovation and their desire
to continue to develop products which satisfy
their customers. Takara Belmont (UK) Ltd received
certification of approval to ISO9002 in June
1998.
To support their dealer network in the north
on England and to strengthen their position
in the market place, Takara Belmont (UK) opened
up a fully equipped showroom in Manchester,
during September 1998.
On the 9th February 1999, Takara
Belmont (UK) Ltd celebrated 40 successful
years in the United Kingdom and has now established
themselves as one of the world's leading Dental,
Medical and Hairdressing equipment manufacturers.
